IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS") request to cancel the listing and trading of its GDRs - UPDATE

On 17 April 2015, IGSS announced, among other things, that it had become apparent that the consent of certain of IGSS's financing banks ("Consent") was required for the Cancellation and Change (as such terms are defined in that announcement) pursuant to financing documentation IGSS had entered into with them. It remains unclear whether or when the Consent will be forthcoming.

Although IGSS still intends to proceed with the Cancellation and Change, it remains unclear whether or when these will occur, depending on receipt of the Consent. Therefore IGSS has withdrawn its Cancellation request to the London Stock Exchange and the Financial Conduct Authority (that would have become effective on 30 June 2015).
