The Company was also notified today that, following acquisitions of ordinaryshares in Egdon Resources, as at 7th November 2006 Credit Suisse Securities(Europe) Limited held an interest in 6,313,333 ordinary shares in the Company,which represents 9.64% of the issued share capital.
