Star Energy Group PLC02 May 2006 Star Energy Group plc("Star Energy") Holding in Company Star Energy was informed on 2 May 2006 that Vitol Holding s.a.r.l. ("Vitol") hadsold 740,000 ordinary shares in Star Energy on 2 May 2006. As a result of thisdisposal, Vitol now holds 2,637,400 ordinary shares in Star Energy, equivalentto 3.32% of the issued share capital.
