Holdings in Company
The Company was notified on 14 October 2009 that, following purchases on 13 October 2009, Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd holds 91,170,906 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 7.89 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd holds the shares on behalf of its clients.
The issued share capital upon which the above calculations are based does not include the shares to be issued pursuant to the placing announced on 12 October 2009, which are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 19 October 2009.
