Plethora Solutions Holdings PLC ("Plethora" or the "Company", AIM : PLE), the specialist developer of products for the treatment and management of urological disorders, received notification on 7 August 2009 in accordance with FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules Transitional Provisions 7, that Invesco Limited is now interested in 2,600,000 shares in Plethora, representing 8.43 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also received notification on 7 August 2009 that Invesco English & International Trust no longer has a notifiable holding in Plethora.
