The Company announces that it received notification on 22 April, 2009, that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 20 April, 2009, Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, has an indirect interest in 58,697,182 Ordinary Shares which represents 9.40% of the current voting rights of the Company.
