Mr. Michael Cronk informed the Company on 24 January 2011 that, on 20 January 2011, he purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company pursuant to the placing announced on the same day.

Following the transaction, Mr. Michael Cronk, along with his wife, Mrs. A.M. Cronk, who holds 14,570 ordinary shares in the Company, has a total interest in 5.35% of the Company's total voting rights.
