The Company announces that, on 21 May 2013, it received notification that on the same day, Stephen Ashcroft, an employee of the Company, sold 135,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26 pence per Ordinary Share. 

Following this transaction, Stephen Ashcroft is now beneficially interested in 4,923,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.9% of the issued share capital of the Company.
