INVESCO PERPETUAL AiM VCT PLC is the beneficial owner of 3,571,500 sharesrepresenting 5.39 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Theshares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited. First State Investments AIM VCT Plc and First State British Smaller CompaniesFund (a sub-fund of First State Investments ICVC) each hold 3,600,000 OrdinaryShares. The combined total of 7,200,000 Ordinary Shares, which are registered inthe name of Vidacos Nominees Limited, represent 10.87 per cent. of the Company'sissued ordinary share capital.
