Holding(s) in Company

Associated British Engineering plc was advised yesterday by David Newlands that his beneficial holding of Ordinary Shares in the company had increased to 82,250 shares which is 4.01% of the issued ordinary share capital. We have not been advised of any further details.

The company was already aware that David Newlands was the beneficial owner of Ordinary Shares in the company in excess of 3.0% which were registered under the name of L R Nominees Limited.
