HOUSTON, TEXAS Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza" or the "Company") (TSX: CAZ) (AIM: CAZA) was notified on 3 June 2010 that following the sale of 1,500,000 Caza common shares of no par value ("Shares"), Millennium Global Investments now has a holding of 16,875,000 Shares representing 14.14 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
