The Company was informed on 28 October 2008 that following a purchase of 1,000,000 common shares, par value US$0.59446 each ("Common Shares") at a price of 10p each on 27 October 2008, Phipps & Company, LLC is now interested in 8,677,610 Common Shares representing 3.1 % of the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
