HOUSTON, TEXAS (Marketwire - April 17, 2013) Caza Oil & Gas, Inc. ("Caza" or the "Company") (TSX: CAZ) (AIM: CAZA) has been notified that Sercor Ltd and Northwestern Enterprises Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sercor Ltd) now have an aggregate interest in 18,684,500 common shares in the Company, representing approximately 10.8% of the issued share capital of the Company.
