Notification of the acquisition or disposal of major shareholding under DTR 5.8.12 R (1)

The Company was notified on 7 March 2013 by Capital Research and Management Company ("Shareholder") that on 4 March 2016 the Shareholder's shareholding in the Company reduced below 15% of the Company's issued share capital.

The Shareholder is now interested in 142,853,542 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company, being 14.949% of the Company's issued share capital. The Shareholder had previously been interested in 143,945,453 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, being 15.063% of the Company's issued share capital.
