The Company was notified on 16 June 2009 that following the purchase of ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), Majedie Asset Management Limited now holds 9,351,661 Ordinary Shares, representing an interest of approximately 8.59 per cent. of the Company's entire issued share capital.
