The Company was notified yesterday that Hazell Carr Edwards FURB acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.148642 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 24 February 2009. Following the acquisition, Hazell Carr Edwards FURB has an interest of 5,200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.14 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
