Sunrise Resources plc (LON: SRES) ("Sunrise" or the "Company") the AIM quoted diversified mineral exploration and development company, has today been notified by Paul Johnson that as of 10 April 2017 his holding is now 59,525,579 ordinary shares, representing 4.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
