London: 11 January 2012 - ECR Minerals plc advises that on 11 January 2012, the Company was notified by White Rock Consulting Ltd ("White Rock") that following the issue of 37,460,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1 pence ("Ordinary Shares") announced on 20 December 2011, White Rock no longer has a notifiable interest in the issued share capital of the Company. The Company has a total of 639,806,081 Ordinary Shares in issue with each carrying the right to one vote.
