The Company was informed today that, as at 14 January 2011, Insight Investment Management (Global) Limited ("Insight") disposed of its entire holding and therefore no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company. Previously, Insight held 4,601,920 ordinary shares, representing 9.20% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
