Avingtrans plc (the "Company") Holding in Company
The Company received notification on 16 March 2010, that Helium Special Situations Fund has acquired a further 375,000 ordinary shares of 5p each and now holds in total 1,335,000 ordinary shares, representing 5.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
