On 5 September 2007, Pangea placed 20,000,000 shares at a price of 7.25p pershare to an institutional shareholder in order to finance the tax liabilityarising on the 66,000,000 shares issued to Pangea. As a result of this, Pangeanow retains 46,000,000 shares representing 4.29% of the issued share capital.
