(the "Company") (TSX: CAZ) (AIM: CAZA) has announced today that it was informed on September 29, 2011, that following a purchase of 1,400,000 ordinary shares in the Company completed on September 28, 2011, the Junior Oils Trust now holds 16,400,000 shares representing 9.97 percent of the issued shares of the Company.
