Games Workshop Group PLC11 October 2006 Games Workshop Group PLC(the "Company") On 9 October 2006 the Company announced that it had received notification thatthe Nomad Investment Partnership has an interest in 2,024,414 ordinary shares of5 pence each in the Company, representing approximately 6.50 per cent of theCompany's issued share capital. For the purposes of clarification, on 12 September 2006, Marathon AssetManagement transferred management of the Nomad Investment Partnership to Sleep,Zakaria and Company, Ltd., an investment advisory firm formed by two formerMarathon employees. The Nomad Investment Partnership then increased its holdingon 6 October 2006 to 2,024,414 shares in the Company.
