The Company was notified on 7 December 2009 that Invesco Limited is interested in 32,579,829 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 11.23% of the issued share capital of Sarantel.
The Company was also notified today that Invesco English & International Trust is interested in 11,157,335 ordinary shares of 1p each representing 3.84% of the issued share capital of Sarantel.
