Manpower Software PLC05 September 2007 MANPOWER SOFTWARE PLC ("the Company") NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES The Company has received notification that, on 23 August 2007, GartmoreInvestment Limited acquired 500,303 ordinary shares of 5p ("Ordinary Shares") inthe Company. As a result: Gartmore Fund Managers Limited now holds 3,514,524 Ordinary Shares, representing7.89% of the Company's issued share capital; Gartmore Investment Limited holds 3,877,508 Ordinary Shares, representing 8.71%of the Company's issued share capital. The combined Gartmore holding is therefore 7,392,032 Ordinary Shares,representing 16.60% of the Company's issued share capital.
