Arden Partners plc ("Arden Partners" or the "Company") announces that it was informed on 9 March 2010 that, as a result of the recent increase in the Company's issued share capital, Mr J F Cassie's holding of ordinary shares in Arden Partners has now fallen below 3% of the Company's issued share capital.

In addition, the Company has been informed today by Mr D Larkam that, also as a result of the recent increase in the Company's issued share capital, his shareholding in the Company has fallen below 4% and now amounts to 982,280 shares, representing 3.87% of the Company's issued share capital.
