Chesnara plc ("the Company")DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTThe Company was notified on 4th October 2005 that Morgan Stanley SecuritiesLimited ("MSSL"), and the group companies which are direct or indirect holdingcompanies of MSSL, now hold 3,220,216 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Companyrepresenting 3.08% of the total shares in issue.MSSL transfered from time to time 101,980 shares to third parties on termswhich gave them the right to require the return of an equivilent number ofshares.
