Los Angeles, California: DDD Group plc (AIM: DDD; OTCQX: DDDGY), the advanced imaging and 3D solutions company, announces that on 13 January 2015 it has been notified that Mr. Michael Stubbs has increased his holding to 10,148,740 ordinary shares in the Company as of 31 December 2014. As a result, Mr. Stubbs' holding currently represents 7.1 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
