On the 18 November 2008, Midas Capital plc disclosed a decrease in their holding of Ordinary Shares US$0.01 from 16.75% to 15.80%. This resulted from the sale of 1,000,000 shares on 12 November 2008. They are now the direct owner of 16,590,000 shares.
