9 July 2008 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or the "Company") Holding in Company

The Company was notified on 1 July 2008 that, following a sale on 30 June 2008 of 40,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 0.25 per cent. of issued voting share capital of Talent, Deutsche Bank AG now holds 2,068,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 12.76 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are registered in the name of Tilney Investment Management.
