DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTThe company was notified on 27th June by Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein GroupLimited, an indirect subsidiary of Allianz AG, that Allianz AG and itssubsidiaries now hold a notifiable interest in 16,706,667 ordinary shares of 5peach in the Company, representing 15.98% of the total shares in issue.
