FRM Credit Alpha Limited reports that it has been advised by Sarasin & Partners LLP on 8th January 2009, using a copy of a TR1 notification of major interest in shares that, following a transaction on 24th December 2008, Sarasin & Partners LLP have an indirect holding over 13,201,494 ordinary sterling shares of no par value in the capital of the Company representing 15.97% of the current issued capital of the Company.
