Pan Pacific Aggregates PLC (the "Company") received notification that, as a result of a disposal of 7,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 29 May 2009, Columbia National Investments Ltd has a beneficial interest in 37,100,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 6.7 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
