Sparinvest Holding A/S and Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S advised us on 24 November 2010 that following an internal reorganisation, as of 26 May 2010, the 18,619,821 ordinary shares in Fyffes plc, representing 5.67% of the ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares, were transferred from Sparinvest Holdings A/S to Sparinvest Fondsmaeglerselskab A/S.
