On 8 November 2010, The Rank Group Plc ("Rank") received notification from M&G Investment Management Limited on behalf of the Prudential plc group of companies that, as at 4 November 2010, Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiary companies had a notifiable interest in 17,816,710 ordinary 13 8/9p shares representing 4.56% of the total voting rights in Rank.
