Furthermore, Mark Horrocks' family related interests (namely Dewscope Limited &Horrocks Guardian Limited) acquired an interest in 351,638 ordinary shares of10p each in Immedia, resulting in a total holding of 2,656,638 shares in theCompany, representing 19.91% of the Company's issued share capital. Following the purchase of 50,000 shares of 10p each in Immedia, Abigail MaryClough is beneficially interested in 402,228 ordinary shares in the Company(held through T.D.
