Holding in Company
The Company was notified yesterday that Toscafund Asset Management LLP had acquired through a series of share purchases a total of 2,871,075 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price ranging from 54.50 to 54.61 pence per Ordinary Share on 20th February and is now interested in an aggregate of 258,256,390 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 57.39 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
