Webb that following a disposal of ordinary shares of the Company of 0.1 pence ("Ordinary Shares"), Mr Webb is the beneficial holder of a total of 41,243,324 Ordinary Shares, equating to approximately 5.35% of the Ordinary Shares in issue. The Company has a total of 770,466,780 Ordinary Shares in issue with each carrying the right to one vote.
