Celtic plc has received notification on behalf of Lindsell Train Limited that as at 10 June 2009 Lindsell Train Limited is interested in voting rights over 5,454,873 shares in the capital of Celtic plc. The 5,454,873 voting rights attaching to those shares equate to 5.25% of total voting rights and are aggregate holdings from discretionary client accounts.

The shares subject to these voting rights are held in the names of The Bank of New York Nominees, JPMS Limited, Morstan Nominees and NT Nominees.
