26 June 2007 Talent Group plc ("Talent" or the "Company") Holding in Company The Company was notified yesterday by Mr Terence Bate that, following a recentpurchase of 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 10p per share, equivalentto 1.85 per cent. of the issued voting share capital of Talent, Mr Bate nowholds 1,000,000 ordinary shares, equivalent to 6.17 per cent. of the issuedvoting share capital of the Company.
