Oxus Gold PLC15 October 2007 Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or "the Company") Holdings in Company Oxus announces that on 15 October 2007 it was notified that L-R Managers, LLC,on behalf of its affiliates, including L-R Global Partners, L.P and L-R GlobalFund Ltd, has decreased its shareholding by 6,082,569 shares and now holds23,217,431 ordinary shares, with 12,787,209 shares held by L-R Global Partners,L.P and 10,430,222 shares held by L-R Global Fund Ltd., representing inaggregate 6.35 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company. As of 12 October 2007, the total issued share capital of the Company is365,399,175 ordinary shares.
