The Company received notice on 11 May 2012 from Legal & General Group PLC, in fulfilment of the obligations imposed by the Financial Services Authority in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5, that it now holds voting rights in respect of shares representing less than 3% of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at 14 May 2012, the Company has 132,597,293 ordinary shares, which is equal to the same number of voting rights.
