The Company was formally notified yesterday that Peter Brown has a beneficial interest in 1,820,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 4.34 of the current issued share capital of Wren. Peter Brown subscribed for 1,500,000 new Ordinary Shares at a placing price of 10p per share in the placing announced by the Company on 22 August 2008.
