Kea Petroleum plc (AIM:KEA), the oil and gas company focused on New Zealand, was notified on 16 May 2013 that as part of the placing announced on 9 May 2013, Stinoc Pty Ltd purchased 28,571,428 Ordinary Shares in Kea at a price of 7.00p per share.

Following this purchase Stinoc Pty Ltd holds 36,047,421 ordinary shares representing 5.17% of the Company's current voting rights.
