Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification today from Setanta Asset Management Limited of an increase in its shareholding in the Company. Following a purchase of 476,217 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company on 19 October 2015, Setanta Asset Management Limited is now the holder of 5,150,217 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 4.1% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
