MediaZest plc30 August 2006 MediaZest Plc (the "Company") Holding in Company Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company received thefollowing notifications:- On 25 August 2006 Touch (GOE) Plc Directors Pension Scheme ("PS"), an entity ofwhich Mr. Vincent Isaacs is both a trustee and a member, purchased a further160,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following this transaction, PS holds 1,410,000 ordinary shares in the Company,representing approximately 6.2% of the Company's issued share capital. Mr. Isaacs is also Executive Chairman of Touch Group Plc.
