Oxus Gold PLC21 January 2005 Oxus Gold plc ("Oxus" or "the Company") Holding in Company Oxus has been notified pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act 1985 in aletter dated 20 January 2005 that Fidelity International Limited and its directand indirect subsidiaries, being non-beneficial holders, now holds 17,952,166ordinary shares representing 7.03 per cent. of the ordinary issued share capitalof the Company, which now stands at 255,504,836 ordinary shares.
