Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") received notification on 12 November 2008 pursuant to DTR5.1.2 of the Transparency Obligations Directive (Disclosure and Transparency Rules) Instrument 2006 that Unity Investments ehf ("Unity") no longer has an interest in the shares of the Company. Unity previously held an interest in 26,896,932 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company in the name of Roy Nominees.
