MySQUAR, the Myanmar-language social media, entertainment and payments platform whose principal activity is to design, develop and commercialise Myanmar-focused internet-based mobile applications, announces that it has received notification that as at 29 May 2018, Atlas Special Opportunities LLC held an interest in 25,210,260 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 3.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital at that time. As at 30 May 2018 the holding of Atlas Special Opportunities LLC fell below the disclosable threshold.
