Avia (AIM: AVIA), the developer and provider of clinical decision support and referral facilitation software, was informed on the 13 May 2013 that, following a purchase that same day, of 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Vychan Properties Ltd now has an interest in 200,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 3.07% of Avia's total issued ordinary share capital.
